Akashi Sake Brewery
Hyogo
Founded in 1918, the brewery began producing sake in 1960. With the motto "Sake, laughter, and happiness for all," it values tradition while striving to create new value.
Named after Akashi, a region famous for its fresh seafood, "Akashi Tai" sake is carefully crafted to complement delicate fish dishes. In 2020, it won gold medals at France’s Kura Master and Feminalise World Wine Competition, as well as at the U.S. National Sake Appraisal.
