The "Tomi" in "Tomio" does not refer to wealth but to spiritual richness, meaning "those with a rich heart will find happiness in their later years." For over 360 years, we have been dedicated to sake brewing in Fushimi, Kyoto, a renowned sake region. "Tomi no Okina" embodies the desire to create sake that enriches the hearts of those who drink it.
