A slightly bitter and mildly dry low-alcohol Junmai sake with a light mouthfeel. Made from Omachi, the finest sake rice from Okayama Prefecture, and brewed with Malic Acid Yeast (No. 77), it offers a refreshing sweet-tart flavor. This sake is crafted with low-polishing and low-temperature brewing to enhance its character. Even as a genshu (undiluted sake), it has a relatively low alcohol content. It pairs beautifully with various dishes and is also perfect with subtly sweet traditional Japanese desserts. The ideal serving temperature is around 15°C (about 10 minutes after taking it out of the fridge).

This sake brewery was established in 1912. They draw pure underground water from three wells fed by the abundant springs of Afuriyama (another name for Tanzawa Ōyama). This high-quality water is used in every step of the process, from washing the rice to brewing, allowing them to craft sake with a strong focus on premium ingredients.
