It's made with Omachi, a premium sake rice from Okayama Prefecture, known for producing sake with a crisp and robust character. With a moderate alcohol content of 13%, this sake is lightly sparkling. Chill it to around 15°C and enjoy it in a wine or champagne glass. There's sediment at the bottom of the bottle, so after opening, release the pressure and give it a gentle shake before pouring. It pairs wonderfully with oysters or white fish carpaccio, but it's also delightful on its own.
