Premium Sutera is a Junmai Daiginjo brewed at a sake brewery at the foot of Mt. Tsukuba with only spring water from Mt. Tsukuba and carefully selected sake brewing rice. It has a gorgeous aroma with hints of incense, and a gentle, mild sweetness that dances around the soft mouthfeel, spreading the rich, mellow flavor of the rice in the mouth. The rich aroma lingers in the mouth for a long time. The structure is light and clean, with a good sharpness, making it a gem that you will never get tired of drinking.

The brewery combines traditional sake brewing techniques with its own knowledge of brewing and food culture. The company is renowned for its rich and delicate sake brewing. In order to maintain the high quality of every sake produced, Inaba Sake Brewery uses a manual brewing process that cannot be done by machine, from rice washing to fermentation, koji making, and pressing, all based on calculations.
