Unleash a symphony of flavors with Daiginjo Suimouken. Its polish ratio of 40% reveals a delicacy in taste, synonymous with the Daiginjo style. The acidity of 1.3 creates a balanced roundness and mouthfeel, making you crave for more. The SMV of 6 adds a pleasant touch of dryness, harmoniously counterbalancing sweetness. Hailing from Ehime prefecture, this sake hints at subtle regional flavors. Perfect for pairing with fresh seafood or light dishes. Savour each sip of this exceptional sake.

Sakaroku Brewery Company

Sakaroku Brewery Company

Ehime

It all began when the founder, Shichiro Sakai, consolidated five breweries. Utilizing rice from local contract farmers and the abundant water flowing from the Odamiyama Valley into the Odagawa River, we adhere to traditional sake brewing methods in our original wooden brewery, where everything is handcrafted. In addition to sake, we also produce authentic rice shochu and liqueurs made with locally sourced grapes.
