Sakaroku Brewery Company
Ehime
It all began when the founder, Shichiro Sakai, consolidated five breweries. Utilizing rice from local contract farmers and the abundant water flowing from the Odamiyama Valley into the Odagawa River, we adhere to traditional sake brewing methods in our original wooden brewery, where everything is handcrafted. In addition to sake, we also produce authentic rice shochu and liqueurs made with locally sourced grapes.
