The Greek letter Omega (Ω) symbolizes “the ultimate” — and this sake embodies exactly that. Crafted as a Kimoto Junmai Daiginjo Shizuku, it represents the brewery’s pursuit of perfection, offering remarkable purity, powerful vitality, and a beautifully complete balance. Pour about one-third into a large glass and gently swirl. As the sake awakens, its layered aromas and dense, expressive flavors slowly unfold. Best enjoyed chilled at 10–13°C (50–55°F). It pairs wonderfully with delicate dishes rich in umami, as well as more robust foods — such as char-grilled meats or dishes accented with herbs and mild spices. A true “ultimate food-pairing sake.”
