Junmai Daiginjo-genshu matured for more than 3 years in low-temperature storage. It has a moist and mellow flavor that goes well with autumnal foods. It is an ideally aged sake that retains a noble aroma and has a moderately ripe and soft lingering taste. Serve lightly chilled at 15°C (59°F) or warmed at 40°C (104°F).
