This sake has a profound and mellow umami like the water vein in the mountain, and crisp yet savory taste. You can also enjoy modest Ginjo flavor. It is well-balanced of aroma and taste. It matches well with cold tofu, vegetable terrine, and cold pasta with tomato and basil sauce. It is recommended to serve slightly chilled at 10-20 degrees Celsius so that you can feel its refreshing flavor or slightly warmed at around 45 degrees Celsius.
