It’s incredibly well-balanced on the palate, quickly filling the mouth with a gentle sweetness, a bit of weight, and a subtle acidity. With less than 2,000 bottles produced annually, it is bottled undiluted and exclusively from the 'nakadori' (middle) portion of the pressing process, known for its delicate and elegant flavor.
