A Daiginjo crafted specifically to win competitions—now available in a convenient cup! The father-son Takeda team uses a small amount of distilled alcohol to extract intense, explosive aromas of tropical melon. The finish reveals a depth of umami, thanks to rice grown just 20 minutes from the brewery. Enjoy this sake on its own, or for the perfect pairing, try it with green olives to really bring out its vibrant character.
