As a result, this sake achieves a natural harmony where the wood nuances, umami from rice, sweetness, and acidity blend seamlessly. While it shares the Tamasakae 60% specification with the classic Shichihonyari Junmai Tamaei (Green Label), it offers a lighter sweetness and acidity, combined with the cool, fresh character of the wooden barrel. At the same time, it still retains the unmistakable essence of Shichihonyari.
