Ginpu-Fubuki is made by blending Tamaki Nishiki and Yamada Nishiki rice from Shiga Prefecture. It has the soft texture of sake rice and a sharp, refreshing dryness. Among the richer-bodied Shichihonyari series, it strikes a delicate balance, letting you enjoy the richness and fullness of the rice while still feeling light. Yet, this is where Shichihonyari excels. Its firm acidity tightens the overall flavor, making it incredibly easy to drink. This versatile sake goes well with various Japanese dishes, making it a perfect choice for any meal.
