Toko's well-balanced Junmai-shu (60% polished rice) is blended with a Junmai-shu with 90% polished rice utilizing the traditional Edo Period production method. By utilizing less polished rice, raw material efficiency and energy efficiency are improved. Along with a rich flavor reminiscent of bananas and ripe apples, it has a clean finish that does not remind one of the low milling ratio of rice.
