Experience the indulgence of Daiginjou, a true gourmet Sake, crafted in the chilly landscapes of Hokkaido. Its delicate, light taste reflects its high polishing ratio of 38%, meaning a lot of the rice grain is milled away for purity. Notes of ripe fruits unfold in every sip, making it the ultimate partner for sushi or seafood. A toast to luxury!

Kunimare Brewery Company

Kunimare Brewery Company

Hokkaido

Founded in 1882, Kunimare Sake Brewery has been crafting sake for over 130 years and is the northernmost sake brewery in Japan. Located near the Shokanbetsu mountain range, renowned for its heavy snowfall, the region benefits from abundant, high-quality meltwater that flows into the Mashike area. Historically, Mashike was known as a vital water source for Kitamaebune trading ships. Kunimare uses this pristine spring water, carefully selected ingredients, and the time-honored techniques of Nanbu toji (master brewers) to create its sake with dedication and tradition.
