The nose is reminiscent of pears and white grapes. There is also a moist sweetness that gives the palate a sense of depth. It has a smooth throat and leaves a full-bodied, umami aftertaste. A "pop" gas feeling upon opening the bottle. Before opening the bottle, it is in a bud state and roughness appears when the bottle is opened, but after 2 or 3 days, it blooms and the gas feeling is just right and the sake rises to the last drop of flavor.
