I had never heard of this sake, but one of my friends recommended it to me. Then, I tried it and it became my favorite!

Fantastic and priced well. Beautiful bouquet of blossoms, vanilla, and ripe banana with hints of melon and pear. The taste profile is subtle with a good balance of sweetness and dryness without being too sweet. My taste was creamy ripe banana, unami and caramel with a creamy minerality. It finishes with a caramel and green banana. Beautiful expression of a fantastic sake.

Compared with other Kazenomori series, this is dry and bitter while it has a typical freshness and CO2. Hot sake for this was also nice to feel a depth of Kazenomori.
