This sake is made from Yamada Nishiki rice cultivated through natural farming methods, revitalizing terraced fields abandoned due to natural disasters. It has a melon-like aroma, with a bold, naturally robust character. It delivers a warming sensation on the palate with a rich, sweet texture. The intense, full-bodied flavor of MUSUHI pairs well with simple, slightly rustic Italian dishes, yet its versatility makes it an exceptional accompaniment to a wide range of cuisines.

The journey of Yayoishin Sake Brewery, which began in the 10th year of the Meiji era (1877), has always been intertwined with the flow of this river. In front of the brewery, located by the riverside, there used to be a pier where boats docked, and the raw materials, rice, transported from upstream, were unloaded from a staircase-like pier called "Gangi." The riverside around the Gangi teems with various forms of life, truly representing a place where life flourishes. With the motto "Life is born at the riverside," we infuse each sake we make with heartfelt dedication, continuously crafting "life." And if the Gangi serves as the terminal on the water, our goal is to reach the "terminal of deliciousness."
