Established in 1908, our brewery began its operations in Hirukawa, one of Japan's premier regions for granite. We use water sourced from high-quality gravel layers in the area. While it's often said that good sake depends on rice and water, we believe that nothing can be created without the hands and hearts of people. Our motto is "The harmony among people conveys the taste and spirit of sake." With this in mind, we are dedicated to producing excellent sake in our small brewery.
