Founded in 1718 in Kashihara, Nara, surrounded by the Three Yamato Mountains, our brewery has upheld a commitment to quality for over 300 years. Founder, Rihei Kita, was known for his meticulous nature—he carefully selected water and rice, refusing to establish his brewery until he was fully satisfied. Carrying on his legacy, we remain dedicated to crafting delicious sake with the same unwavering passion.
