Experience the celestial charm of Miyagi with this velvety Junmai Daiginjo. Crafted meticulously with a polish ratio of 40%, this sake complements a delicate balance of sweetness and acidity. With an SMV of 1, it leans slightly sweet but carries a respectable acidity of 1.6, resulting in an exquisite finish. The essence of Yamadanishiki rice is captured brilliantly in each elegant droplet. Perfect to pair with light dishes, it's the harmony of tradition and innovation from Nakayu Brewery. Indulge and let it transport your senses to pure bliss.
