Relish this refined Daiginjo, 'Tenjoumugen', which conjures dreamy illusions. Crafted in Miyagi by Nakayu Brewery, this sake uses the celebrated Yamadanishiki rice polished down to a minute 40%. Its acidity of 1.2 enhances depth of flavor, while smv of 1 ensures a perfectly balanced taste. Its exotic fruitiness, reminiscent of ripe peaches and gentle floral scent, will captivate your senses. Perfect to be savored alongside a delicate sashimi platter. Immerse yourself in a blissful experience.
