A Junmai Daiginjo sake crafted with the highest-polished Yamada Nishiki rice grown in-house. It features an elegant blend of sweetness and umami that spreads gracefully on the palate. Brewed using Kyokai No. 9 yeast from the Brewing Society of Japan and traditional kimoto methods, this sake offers a refreshing profile unique to kimoto brewing, paired with a beautifully balanced umami. It's especially delightful when gently warmed (nurukan).

Izumibashi Shuzo Brewery Company

Kanagawa

Founded in 1857. Based on the belief that "sake brewing starts with rice cultivation," Izumihashi Brewery is one of the few breweries in Japan that cultivates its own rice for sake brewing. We carefully brew sake from reliable rice grown with the blessings of the sun and the earth. Our goal is to create a pleasant and intoxicating sake that can be enjoyed over a cup of Izumihashi and a chat among friends.
