Experience the elegance of 'Kitanonishiki Junmai Daiginjo~Norenraberu~'. Coming from Hokkaido's Kobayashi Brewery, it's a top-tier sake made from the 'Suisei' rice variety, polished to 45%. Expect a subtly sweet flavor, as indicated by the -2 SMV, complemented by a light tartness from an acidity of 1.3. This combination results in a beautifully balanced sake, perfect for pairing with light appetizers or delicate sushi rolls. Its refined taste is akin to a winter's embrace, making every sip a blissful journey to Hokkaido's pristine, snow-covered landscapes. Enjoy it chilled for maximum sophistication.

Kobayashi Brewery Company (Kitanonishiki)

Hokkaido

Kobayashi Sake Brewery, founded in 1878 in Sapporo, is one of Hokkaido's oldest producers of the 'Kitano Nishiki' brand of sake. In 1901, they relocated to their current location to take advantage of the abundant water from the Yūbari River. Today, they lead the way in using Hokkaido-grown rice and aim to create a truly local sake, made entirely from Hokkaido’s people, rice, and water.
