This Daiginjo has been milled to 28%, fermented and aged slowly for about a year, then you can feel extremely light and elegant taste. Senshin is premium sake in Asahi sake brewery so it is the best gift for someone special. It goes perfectly with sashimi, carpaccio, grilled teriyaki flavored yellowtail, or oden. It is recommended to serve chilled with wine glass like bordeaux wine glass.
