This is the freshly pressed version of the immensely popular brand "Sennakayosaku" from Tsukinohana Brewery. It boasts a fresh and fruity aroma, with a rich and robust flavor that has a solid, full-bodied richness. This intensely dry freshly pressed sake is the epitome of bold, dry sake from Tosa. Paired with winter seasonal dishes like hot pot and simmered dishes, it's sure to be an irresistible treat!

Tsukasabotan Brewery Company

Tsukasabotan Brewery Company

Kochi

Founded 400 years ago, Tsukasabotan Sake Brewery Co. is the oldest existing company in Kochi Prefecture. It has always been a favorite drink of many great people. The sake is clean and dry, as is typical of Tosa sake, but has a lingering aftertaste that lingers for a long time. The soft water of the Niyodo River system that is used for brewing brings out the best in this sake.
