This sake is distinguished by its refined aroma, smooth yet full-bodied umami, and a crisp, dry finish. It can be enjoyed chilled, at room temperature, or gently warmed. Complementing dishes beautifully, it enhances their flavors from within, making both the glass and chopsticks irresistibly difficult to set aside.

Tsukasabotan Brewery Company

Tsukasabotan Brewery Company

Kochi

Founded 400 years ago, Tsukasabotan Sake Brewery Co. is the oldest existing company in Kochi Prefecture. It has always been a favorite drink of many great people. The sake is clean and dry, as is typical of Tosa sake, but has a lingering aftertaste that lingers for a long time. The soft water of the Niyodo River system that is used for brewing brings out the best in this sake.
