The name "Senchu Hassaku" comes from the plan that Ryoma Sakamoto considered, who was the famous Japanese samurai, and it means "eight plans that were considered in the ship". It has an elegant and natural aroma like apple, round texture, and crisp aftertaste so it is the best sake during the meal. It goes well with any dishes, especially sashimi, and fresh oysters.
