Tsukasabotan Senchu Hassaku Junmai

Rating from Customers

3.5

1 reviews

It is one of the most popular sake in Tsukasabotan, and it matches perfectly with bonito, for which Kouchi prefecture is famous. The name "Senchu Hassaku" comes from the plan that Ryoma Sakamoto considered, who was the famous Japanese samurai, and it means "eight plans that were considered in the ship". It has an elegant and natural aroma like apple, round texture, and crisp aftertaste so it is the best sake during the meal. It goes well with any dishes, especially sashimi, and fresh oysters. At any temperature is enjoyable: chilled, at room temperature, or warmed.

Tsukasabotan Brewery Company

Tsukasabotan Brewery Company

Kochi

Founded 400 years ago, Tsukasabotan Sake Brewery Co. is the oldest existing company in Kochi Prefecture. It has always been a favorite drink of many great people. The sake is clean and dry, as is typical of Tosa sake, but has a lingering aftertaste that lingers for a long time. The soft water of the Niyodo River system that is used for brewing brings out the best in this sake.
