This is yamayuzu liqueur which is based on Tsukasabotan Junmai sake. It doesn't contain any food additives such as articial flavors, artificial colors, acidulant and preservatives. You can enjoy its fresh and clear flavor and taste as if it is freshly squeezed juice. It matches perfectly with oden, sushi, carpaccio and dessert such as cream cheese or almond jelly. It is recommended to have it chilled, on the rocks, or with soda.

Founded 400 years ago, Tsukasabotan Sake Brewery Co. is the oldest existing company in Kochi Prefecture. It has always been a favorite drink of many great people. The sake is clean and dry, as is typical of Tosa sake, but has a lingering aftertaste that lingers for a long time. The soft water of the Niyodo River system that is used for brewing brings out the best in this sake.
