This sake uses sake rice polished to 55%, then has been stored in bin, so you can feel its light taste. Also you can enjoy elegant ginjo flavor like flowers, sharp and dry yet soft and smooth taste. As it's well-balanced Junmai Ginjo, you never get enough of this, and it's perfect sake during the meal. Recommended dishes with this sake are salt-grilled sweet fish, sake-steamed clams, white fish mousse. Please have it chilled well.

Tsukasabotan Brewery Company

Tsukasabotan Brewery Company

Kochi

Founded 400 years ago, Tsukasabotan Sake Brewery Co. is the oldest existing company in Kochi Prefecture. It has always been a favorite drink of many great people. The sake is clean and dry, as is typical of Tosa sake, but has a lingering aftertaste that lingers for a long time. The soft water of the Niyodo River system that is used for brewing brings out the best in this sake.
