Hailing from Kochi Prefecture, the renowned brewery, Tsukasa Botan, presents their 'hiyaoroshi,' a freshly bottled Junmai Ginjo sake that's been slowly fermented at low temperatures and matured quietly over the summer. This sake boasts a rich aroma, a lively mouthfeel, and a crisp taste that expands with high-quality umami. It's a well-balanced, firmly dry sake with a strong core. Known for its sharp dryness with a Sake Meter Value of +8, it's the famous 'Senchu Hassaku.' Experience the matured richness of this exceptional brew.

Tsukasabotan Brewery Company

Kochi

Founded 400 years ago, Tsukasabotan Sake Brewery Co. is the oldest existing company in Kochi Prefecture. It has always been a favorite drink of many great people. The sake is clean and dry, as is typical of Tosa sake, but has a lingering aftertaste that lingers for a long time. The soft water of the Niyodo River system that is used for brewing brings out the best in this sake.
