It is one of the representative sake in Tsukasabotan, and it exports around the world like the exclusive restaurant in NY. A hint of fruity fragrance and elegant Ginjo flavor like peach, melon and white flowers are mildly spread though. You can also enjoy its gentle and profound taste, then you will find it well-balanced. It makes good combination with tempura, Japanese omelet, salt-grilled fish, or oysters. It is recommended to serve chilled or at room temperature with a small glass.

Tsukasabotan Brewery Company

Tsukasabotan Brewery Company

Kochi

Founded 400 years ago, Tsukasabotan Sake Brewery Co. is the oldest existing company in Kochi Prefecture. It has always been a favorite drink of many great people. The sake is clean and dry, as is typical of Tosa sake, but has a lingering aftertaste that lingers for a long time. The soft water of the Niyodo River system that is used for brewing brings out the best in this sake.
