Shibata Black Yuzu is crafted using organic yuzu from Shibata’s local farm, ensuring the highest quality and freshness. Made with a junmai sake base using Ginpu rice from Hokkaido, this sake boasts a clean, aromatic profile that beautifully complements the bright citrus notes of yuzu. Given that each fruit yields only about 20ml of juice, the result is a sake with an exquisite balance of citrus zest and smooth junmai richness. Food Pairing: Roast chicken, smoked salmon, cold ramen.
