This is a comfortable Junmai sake that has richness so it's recommended to your daily table. It has a subtle aroma of fruit and cereal, flavor of steamed rice and Hinoki, and slightly smoky nuance, which makes this sake profound and complex. It goes well with grilled fish, yakitori, sukiyaki, nabe hotpots, BBQ ribs and stews. At any temperature is enjoyable: chilled, at room temperature, or warmed. If slightly warmed, you can feel mellowness and crispness at the same time.
